The new GeForce GTX 1650 Super is based on the "TU116" instead of the tiny "TU117" that powers the GTX1650. "TU116" is the chip infrastructure in which NVIDIA builds the GTX 1660 trio.
In the GTX 1650 Super "TU116" is configured with a 128-bit GDDR6 memory interface that holds 4 GB of memory.
Even with a 12GB / s memory clock, it has a 50% increase compared to the 128GB / s of the original GTX 1650 and produces 192GB / s memory bandwidth.
The highest clocked GTX 1650 Super variant and the highest clocked GTX 1650 Super include the Palit GeForce GTX 1650 Super StormX OC. It comes with an upgrade frequency of 1770 MHz, which is 45 MHz higher than NVIDIA's reference.
